The promoterism building was built in the year of 1874 and managed to survive various wars without much damage. The abundant decorated facade and the manorial rooms let us breathe in the history of this building! We have managed to combine old and new – history and future.
Consequently, we see it as our duty to obtain the beauty of the past, thus develop a piece of „Old Berlin“ with modern accessories.
For example, our free of charge WiFi functions throughout the whole building, the very safe PIN-Code entrance system on all doors plus the touch-free light switches in the hall ways.
